Deine Aufgaben
Du bist verantwortlich für die ganzheitliche Betreuung und aktive Steuerung des Recruiting-Prozesses von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur Vertragsunterschrift.
Du führst eigenverantwortlich telefonische, digitale und persönliche Auswahlgespräche durch und berätst unsere Führungskräfte aktiv bei der Einstellungsentscheidung.
Du entwickelst und setzt innovative Konzepte zur Gewinnung neuer Mitarbeiter*innen um.
ie Direktansprache von Kandidat*innen über zielgruppenspezifische Sourcing-Kanäle liegt in deiner Verantwortung.
Du bringst dich aktiv in die Mitgestaltung des Personalmarketings und Employer Brandings ein und überzeugst durch innovative Ideen.
Du nimmst an crossfunktionalen und übergreifenden HR-Projekten teil und bringst deine Expertise in unsere HR-Welt ein.
Über dich
Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Pädagogik, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Mehr als 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Rekrutierung von Fach
- und Führungskräften, idealerweise im Bereich Logistik/Spedition.
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Active Sourcing und Personalmarketing.
Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse moderner Recruiting-Methoden.
Freude, Offenheit und Gestaltungswille, sich in einer modernen HR-Organisation zu engagieren.
Überzeugung für Teamwork auf Augenhöhe, eine offene Feedbackkultur und lernende Systeme.
Offenheit für neue Erfahrungen und Perspektiven und crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit inner
- und außerhalb von HR.
Eigenständige, proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
Kommunikatives, selbstsicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten.
Fundierte Office-, Excel
- und Powerpoint-Kenntnisse.
Gute Englischkenntnisse.
