Head of Business Ecosystem Development

We are currently looking for a colleague who will be responsible for defining core value propositions and business models for our Ecosystem business in the Siemens organization.

**What will be your main tasks?**
- Develop a framework for market transparency and ecosystem driving
- Creation and implementation of the collaboration framework between ecosystem parts and Siemens
- Cooperation with our HQ
- Coordinate the activities and workstreams of the ecosystem project
- Evaluation of existing ecosystem partners together with team members
- Continuously review and challenge the value proposition for ecosystem partners
- Follow actual trends and development of digital technologies and markets
- Co-operation with country sales organizations and business units to scale-up the ecosystem
- Leading an internal and external ecosystem community
- The decision about tools to be used for collaboration with ecosystem partners or adjustment of the existing tools

- Understanding of digital community building (startups, incubators, accelerators, business angels...)
- Visionary and charismatic with a focus on value delivery
- Excellent knowledge of digital and industrial trends
- Experiences in value delivery in complex systematic environments (multisource projects, cross-industrial projects, etc.)
- Future-orientated and fast thinking
- Design thinking, lean business, and agile delivery experiences are a big plus
- Excellent communication and moderation skills
- Theoretical and hopefully practical knowledge of ecosystem building
- Passionate about technology and digital trends
