The Opportunity Due to a recent retirement of a long serving team member, a Senior Development Manager is required to play a leading role in the creation and delivery of multiple masterplannned community projects. An integral role in the business, you will be expected to continue to provide places for people who love where they live. Key responsibilities will include: Lead Vision, Strategy, & Delivery for Large Residential Communities Manage Multiple Rezoning Applications with Local Councils Manage DA’s & Secure all Statutory Planning Approvals Oversee Civil & Infrastructure Delivery in Collaboration Work with Sales & Marketing on Pricing, & Release Strategies Who We’re Looking For Reporting to the Managing Director (very flat structure here), you will have a minimum of 7 years experience in development, ideally in masterplanned community projects.
