We are currently hiring a Senior Development Manager to deliver high-quality residential and integrated housing developments across New South Wales. Reporting to the Head of Development NSW & VIC, this role will see you oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of greenfield and upgrade projects, manage key stakeholders, and lead a high‑performing team. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of our communities through expert project management, financial oversight, and strategic leadership. Oversee budgets, timelines, and specifications to ensure project success. Manage external consultants and coordinate tender and construction processes. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support project launches. Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. About You Proven experience in residential and integrated housing development. Strong financial modelling skills, including Estate Master proficiency. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. Deep understanding of planning approvals, construction contracts, and infrastructure. Inspirational leadership style with a focus on team development and performance.
