This growing company is financially stable and possesses strong partnerships with investors, landowners, and government agencies. The Role: This role will appeal to an experienced Development Manager seeking progression or a Senior Development Manager looking to work on a range of projects, including high-end boutique apartments, masterplanned residential communities, joint ventures with clubs to deliver the highest and best use developments, etc. Reporting to the Development Director, you will lead the development process, including driving financial, marketing, design, planning, and delivery outcomes across the full development lifecycle. In addition, you will manage all key project stakeholders, resolve planning issues, gain approvals at the local and state level, and ensure project delivery meets all key performance outcomes i.e. time, cost, and quality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in property, architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline; A minimum of 7 years’ experience in both front-end and back-end delivery of residential projects; Proven people management, stakeholder, and communication skills (written and verbal); Ability to build networks with LGAs, Councils, and the wider building industry; Ability to manage and deliver projects autonomously; Professional and highly driven individual with the ability to adapt to change and work effectively within a supportive and collaborative team environment; Sustainable organisation with responsible leadership and a clear company strategy and strong partnerships; High performing property development team consisting of respected, genuine, and committed property professionals; Collaborative and supportive development team with a substantial pipeline of projects to deliver; Flexible work arrangement policy; How to Apply: Please contact Andrew Harper on or click apply with your resume.
