We’re partnering with a well‑established property developer with a strong pipeline of mixed‑use and residential (BTR & BTS) projects across Sydney. As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking a Senior Development Manager to join the team and take ownership of key projects from early concept through to delivery. This is a broad, hands‑on role that will suit someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is looking to contribute meaningfully to the growth and success of a reputable development group. You’ll gain exposure to all phases of the development lifecycle while working with an experienced and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Manage development projects from feasibility and planning through to construction and completion Oversee site due diligence, feasibility modelling, and risk assessment Coordinate planning approvals with consultants and authorities Work closely with the delivery and construction teams to ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met Monitor project programs and proactively manage any delivery risks or delays Lead regular site and consultant meetings during construction phases Liaise with key stakeholders, including local councils, JV partners, contractors, and internal teams Contribute to commercial decision‑making, including acquisitions, contract negotiations, and funding strategies About You 7+ years of experience in property development Strong understanding of planning pathways, feasibility modelling, and development processes Proven experience working with consultant teams and managing project programs Commercially astute, organised, and proactive in approach Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Architecture or a related discipline What’s on Offer Join a national development group with a strong track record and active pipeline Opportunity to work across significant projects in the Sydney market Clear pathway for career development within a supportive team Chance to contribute to impactful projects in key urban locations #J-18808-Ljbffr
