The Role The Internal Sales & Pricing Coordinator plays a key role in driving revenue growth through proactive customer engagement, accurate pricing, and solution-focused support. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for winning new business, and the ability to identify opportunities in the market. You will spot competitive rates from agencies and shipping lines, negotiate with partners, and convert these into volume and revenue for operations. Your work will directly impact sales performance and operational success. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation: Generate and follow up on sales leads via phone, email, and CRM. Prepare competitive quotes for air, sea, road, and warehousing services. Proactively chase new opportunities and convert enquiries into revenue. Support external sales teams with pricing, market research, and proposals. Pricing & Partner Management: Spot competitive buy rates from agencies and shipping lines and promote to clients to drive volume. Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with partners to secure new business. Liaise with carriers, co-loaders, and suppliers to obtain accurate rates. Maintain internal pricing tools, rate sheets, and CRM entries. Customer Engagement & Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify service gaps and propose tailored logistics solutions. Support general customer service and internal coordination as required. What You’ll Bring Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transport operations (essential). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing quotes and documentation. Passionate, energetic, and motivated to achieve results with a love for winning business. Ability to identify market opportunities, source, and negotiate with partners. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Confidence in chasing sales and revenue in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and international offices. Previous experience in Cargowise is required; quoting/rate preparation experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
