Provide valuable phone-based referral assistance to men who have experienced Domestic & Family Violence. About Relationships Australia Relationships Australia NSW (RANSW) supports people through all forms of relationship distress, delivering timely, compassionate and expert care that strengthens wellbeing and connection across NSW. What you'll do You’ll receive referrals from the NSW Police and Justice Department and proactively contact men who have recently experienced Domestic and Family Violence (DFV). You will conduct phone-based safety assessments, identify short-term needs, and refer clients to appropriate services. Your ability to quickly build rapport and provide effective support will make a big difference to many clients. There are no after-hours requirements. The details Maximum term contract for 24 months 3 days a week Location: Wollongong Approx $48-$54 an hour (depending on skills & experience) + 12% super, 17.5% leave loading and tax-free salary packaging up to $15,900.
