Lutheran Disability Services – Payneham SA We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Rostering Officer to join our bespoke rostering team to help provide exceptional customer service and facilitate client service delivery across all Lutheran Disability Services Operations. This important role has an impact on the rest of the team and broader LDS and is vital to our mission and service delivery. About the role Coordinate staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and provide accurate and timely rosterschedules to staff and client services Monitor attendance, leave requests, and shift changes to optimise workforce allocation. Communicate with staff and management regarding roster changes, availability, and any scheduling issues. Collaborate with Client Services Managers to address staffing shortages or surpluses and adjust rosters accordingly. Maintain accurate records of staff hours worked, leave balances, and other relevant data. Ability to interpret the SCHADS Award and apply it to roster schedules and payroll Provide on‑call support as required Coordinate and book employee training sessions and team meetings The successful candidate will be proactive in problem‑solving, possess strong organisational skills, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high‑quality service to both staff and clients.
