The Account Manager Opportunity Are you an HR Business Partner thats wanting to explore a more fulfilling diverse and rewarding opportunity This role could be exactly what youre looking for We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner whos looking to transition into an Account Management role. The Account Manager role is a pivotal role within our organisation responsible for managing a number of Martian Logics key enterprise accounts. This exciting career pivot will enable you to fully utilise your technology skill-sets and exceptional people skills. Your key responsibilities will be predominantly increasing revenue / share of wallet within your customer accounts as well as customer retention. This is a high touch role most of your energies will be focussed on liaising with key SLTs / ELTs typically HR Directors CPOs CIOs etc. This could genuinely be the life changing career move youve been searching for. The Ideal Candidate 5 years experience gained as an HR Business Partner wishing to explore a new and exciting challenge (whilst still remaining within the HR sector) You are very comfortable communicating / presenting to c‑suite executives you have an innate ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships You are commercially savvy and youre often recognised for your superior commercial / business acumen Ability to plan and forecast creating a clear business strategy aimed at expanding & retaining your designated customer accounts Key characteristics and personality traits should include self‑motivation energetic drive hunger to learn / further develop your skill‑sets creative solutions driven mindset tenacious and resilient Please note there will be interstate travel required at times.
