We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon.The HR Business Partners is responsible for solving local organizational challenges through people-related solutions that support Alcon’s mission: “to help people see brilliantly”. Delivers annual people processes; has in-depth knowledge of local talent, and provides coaching to managers to help them accelerate talent readiness. The HRBP brings a deep understanding of local business needs. Contributes HR point of view into business issues and supports diagnostic interventions to deliver local solutions.Collaborates on a regular basis with HR COEs and HR Services on design and execution of solutions and service delivery to clients.
