Working closely with and under the direction of the team manager, the Digital and Automation Specialist provides data-driven insights, maintains marketing systems, and ensures smooth execution of digital activities. The role requires initiative, technical capability, and collaboration across departments to help strengthen campaign performance and contribute to strategic outcomes. The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to support group-wide campaigns and customer engagement. Maintain and optimise digital platforms (e.g., CRM, email, analytics) for performance and integration. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with business needs. Analyse campaign performance and audience data, providing insights to help improve future content and strategy. Report on digital metrics and trends, translating data into actionable recommendations. Stay current with digital tools and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation. Troubleshoot platform and automation issues, ensuring smooth marketing operations. ESSENTIAL Proven experience in supporting digital marketing initiatives through automation and data analysis. Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Demonstrated ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable insights. Experience working collaboratively across teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with strategic goals. Solid understanding of digital channels, customer journeys, and performance metrics. Ability to troubleshoot and optimise digital workflows and platform integrations.
