We are now looking for an Office Coordinator to become the social glue of our Melbourne office. This role is central to the Firmable experience, from ensuring the workspace runs smoothly to welcoming new starters and bringing people together through events, culture and day‑to‑day support. About the role This is a hands‑on role for someone who is organised, proactive, and ready to bring structure and warmth to a busy, energetic workplace. You will oversee office operations, support people and culture initiatives, and help create an environment where the team can do their best work. What you will do Office and Facilities Management: You will keep the office running smoothly by ensuring it is tidy, stocked and welcoming. This includes managing kitchen and office supplies, maintaining the kitchen and printer, handling rubbish and recycling, managing meeting room bookings, and taking care of mail, couriers, scanning, filing and general admin tasks. People, Culture and Events: You will support new starters with welcome packs, access cards and a smooth first day. You will greet visitors, keep the office friendly and professional, and help maintain Firmable’s culture by coordinating celebrations, weekly lunches, Friday drinks and other rituals. You will also help plan and deliver events including offsites, client functions and conferences. Other support: You will manage receipts and filing, prepare documents, follow up on office matters and run occasional errands to keep things moving. The kitchen is under control, meeting rooms are always ready. You notice what needs doing without waiting to be asked About you You bring 1+ years’ experience in a similar role and take pride in being dependable, organised and calm under pressure. You are confident using Word and PowerPoint, comfortable learning Excel and Xero, and willing to complete First Aid and Fire Warden training if needed. Why Firmable?
