Play a vital role in further building up Synpulse SEA Insurance practice around digital transformation and operational excellence topics by making key contributions to business development, talent management, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership.Identify opportunities, articulate Synpulse’s value, and support selling services to both new and existing clientsContribute to the company’s growth by increasing sales and revenues through current and potential clients.Act as a trusted advisor to clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Conduct market and trend analyses to support the business by identifying strategic opportunities for growth.Develop thought leadership in the digital transformation and operational excellence spaces by publishing articles, and participating in industry events and panel discussions.Advise clients on business process issues that help identify, assess, and measure organizational capabilities.Conduct interviews and workshops to define future state visions and prioritization of opportunity areas that deliver value across people, processes, data & technology while ensuring buy-in from clients’ senior management.Maintain and develop deep industry knowledge to keep abreadth of client needs and proactively recommend new and innovative solutions.About you:
10-15 years of insurance (P&C, Life Insurance or Reinsurance) experience at a management consulting firm or in a corporate strategy, enterprise architecture, business development, or management function within an insurance company.Experience in Business Strategy and Technology Advisory, definition of Operating Models, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Data Analytics & Visualization, Enterprise/Business Architecture, Accelerated Underwriting or Post Merger Integration is a plus.Experience in managing multiple teams on complex projects while motivating team members to succeed.Account management experience, including an extensive network of senior leadership at insurance carriers.Evidence of sales efforts and project acquisition by leading activities or supporting senior management.Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn.Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders.Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues Strong analytical and quantitative skills.Ability and willingness to travel.Educated to bachelor’s degree level from a reputable university, while ideally holding an advanced degree (MA, MSc, or MBA).Why us:Flexible working hours with part-time working models and hybrid optionsAttractive fringe benefits and salary structures in line with the marketModern and central office space with good public transport connectionsCan-do mentality and one-spirit cultureVaried events and employee initiativesYour documents to start the process:ResumeJob referencesQualifications (bachelor/ master diploma, etc.) with certificate of gradesMotivation letter: Why Synpulse?
