Love & Co, a leading Melbourne real estate agency with seven offices across Melbourne’s northern suburbs, is seeking an experienced and motivated Brand & Communications Manager to take the lead in developing and delivering their internal and external communications strategies. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how the organisation communicates - building an internal communication system from the ground up (using tools like Campaign Monitor, SharePoint, Viva Engage) and driving brand consistency across every channel. Working closely with the leadership team, and in partnership with an offshore marketing and design team, you’ll ensure the messages we share - inside and out - are clear, consistent, and engaging. What you’ll do Design and implement an internal communication structure and associated channels. Drive employee engagement and brand alignment. Manage and evolve the external brand presence for Love & Co. Collaborate with offshore marketing teams to create high-quality collateral and campaigns. Partner with leadership and branch managers to deliver strategic communication outcomes. About you Experienced communicator with 5+ years' experience in marketing, brand, or corporate communications. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and leadership collaboration. A self-starter who enjoys building systems and processes from scratch. Confident writing for diverse audiences and platforms.
