Senior Sales Manager As a Senior Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Sales to drive growth in our Data Consulting practice. You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing enterprise client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning our firm as a trusted partner in modern data transformation—leveraging platforms such as Databricks and leading cloud ecosystems. What You Will Be Doing Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth across our data consulting services, focusing on cloud data platforms (Databricks) and data engineering solutions. Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise clients by understanding their data modernization goals and aligning solutions around data pipelines, data warehousing, and analytics enablement. Business Development – Identify and pursue new business opportunities, positioning our firm as a key partner for organizations seeking to modernize and scale their data infrastructure. Market Insight & Competitive Positioning – Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends in data and analytics, and translate insights into strategies that strengthen our competitive position. Sales Operations & Reporting – Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and present forecasts and key insights to the Head of Sales and Leadership Team. Collaboration for Success – Partner with delivery teams, solution architects, and marketing to craft tailored proposals and ensure successful, high‑impact delivery. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of sales experience, ideally in technology consulting or professional services, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of data consulting, data platforms, and cloud data ecosystems (Databricks, Snowflake or similar solutions). Experience selling data engineering, data pipeline, and data warehouse solutions. Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales analytics tools. Strategic mindset with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
