What You’ll Do Grow Existing Accounts : Manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring professional service, timely communication, and delivery of agreed outcomes. Win New Business : Identify and develop new opportunities within your portfolio and through networking. Deliver Security Solutions : Sell a full range of electronic security products and services, including CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and Back‑to‑Base Monitoring. Prepare Proposals : Develop accurate estimates and quotations for clients. Collaborate Internally : Work closely with sales teams, project managers, and service technicians to ensure seamless delivery. Report & Analyse : Provide regular reports on service performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Represent Ultimate Security : Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required. What We’re Looking For Proven Sales Expertise: 8+ years in electronic security sales or account management. Technical Know-How: Strong understanding of CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems. Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Organised & Goal‑Focused: Strong time management and ability to prioritise. Tech‑Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Licensing: Current NSW Driver’s Licence and NSW Class 2AB Security Licence. Experience with integrated security solutions. Familiarity with CRM tools like simPRO. Background in managing large commercial or multi‑site accounts. Attributes Commercially savvy, customer‑focused, and results‑driven. Confident communicator with a consultative approach.
