We are looking for a Sales Executive role to be based in Melbourne to drive revenue for our full suite of products. To succeed in this role, you should be self-driven and have a passion for driving new business and sales results In this role, you will be responsible for: Oversee and manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and deal closure to post-sales account management — across all JustCo products. Acquire new customers and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. Conduct centre tours to present workspace solutions tailored to customers’ needs, and close sales opportunities where possible. Work efficiently and proactively to meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in accordance with company standards and guidelines. Provide ongoing support to the sales team and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and business success. Prerequisites for the role include: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year as a Real Estate Broker preferred. Prior experience in co-working spaces, serviced offices, serviced apartments, real estate development, or other sales-related industries is an advantage. Sales-driven individual with a proven record of achieving or surpassing targets. Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with a customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
