We are seeking a proactive and motivated Recruitment Advisor to join our team in the New Year. This permanent part-time role will support our recruitment activities across the business and play a key part in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes. About the Role Sourcing, screening, interviewing and evaluating candidates Conducting reference checks and verifying working rights Booking medicals and organising mandatory training Maintaining and updating our recruitment system Building and nurturing talent pipelines for future projects Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders Collecting and verifying licences, tickets and qualifications Supporting onboarding and mobilisation activities Qualifications & Experience Proven internal recruitment experience Experience with recruitment systems (ATS) Exposure to both blue-collar and white-collar hiring Knowledge of the construction industry, including relevant qualifications, licences and tickets Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure High attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Pronto experience (desirable) About Alltype Engineering Alltype Engineering is a multifaceted engineering company delivering fabrication and installation services to the Oil & Gas, Water, Power Generation, Infrastructure, Mining, Resources, Utility, Petrochemical and Defence sectors.
