For more information, visit We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Security Service Coordinator who is ready to take ownership of their role and help elevate our service delivery. In this key position, you will coordinate technicians, manage scheduling, oversee job allocation, and ensure exceptional service outcomes for our clients. You will act as a vital link between our field technicians, operations team, suppliers, and customers — helping to ensure all service and repair activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Service Coordination & Scheduling Coordinate and schedule field technicians and testers for all service and repair jobs Ensure technicians have the required tools, parts, and job details Prioritise urgent jobs and maintain workflow efficiency Operations & Team Liaison Work closely with Managers to track workload, allocate resources, and meet KPIs Monitor progress and ensure jobs are completed to industry and compliance standards Work Orders & Procurement Raise and manage Work Orders (WO) for all service tasks Create Purchase Orders (PO) for required parts, materials, and subcontractor services Ensure parts and materials are sourced and available on time Invoicing & Administration Prepare accurate invoices for maintenance and quoted works Support daily office operations including data entry, filing, document preparation, and communication handling Onboarding & Staff Support Assist with onboarding new team members Coordinate inductions, training sessions, and allocate resources Provide ongoing support to new staff during their integration Compliance & Rapid Response System Ensure service activities meet industry regulations and internal standards Use our Rapid Response platform to track service requests, update job statuses, and ensure timely completion Inventory & Resource Management Maintain stock of tools, equipment, PPE, and parts Raise POs for replenishment and ensure all materials are organised and accessible Favourable Requirements Experienced with Simpro management software for service and trade Services.
