Job Description As part of the Fund’s Workplace Partnerships team, the Senior Partnership Manager (SPM) reports to the Senior Manager, Partnerships (SMP). The SPM manages a portfolio of the Fund’s most valuable B2B and stakeholder partners, leading Employer Superannuation Consultative Committees and driving strategic growth through net membership and member engagement. Duties and Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of B2B and stakeholder partners, including leading Employer Superannuation Consultative Committees. Ensure engagement and strategic plans are impactful, deepening and protecting relationships. Strategic planning – know your client, building high‑level, multi‑point relationships with key decision makers and influencers. Understand partner structures, workforce details, and organisational priorities. Collaborate with regional/national leadership as a subject‑matter expert to drive key outcomes. Provide assistance to Partnership Managers, ensuring a channel for interaction and feedback across states. Support the Business Development team to increase the number of businesses joining the Fund and optimise onboarding participation. Qualifications and Experience High level relationship management, communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Proven senior relationship experience in financial services with responsibility for senior executives (CEOs, CFOs, Boards). Strong technical knowledge of corporate superannuation, benefit design, insurance, and legislation. Understanding of fund administration, investment products, processes and asset transition. High level analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Detailed client education preferences and requirements knowledge. Strong meeting preparation, execution and follow‑up skills. Extensive experience in delivering client education presentations. Sound understanding of the superannuation and pension system and products. Ability to work autonomously, find solutions and make decisions. RG146 accreditation.
