Pacific Talent Partners is partnering with a nationally recognised leader in assurance, compliance and training to appoint a commercially driven Account Executive focused on Management Systems. This role is centred on strategic growth within organisations requiring management systems, governance, risk, compliance and operational excellence solutions. The Role The position is responsible for identifying, pursuing and converting new business opportunities within the Management Systems division. The Account Executive will help grow the Management Systems portfolio by developing new relationships and driving tailored solutions that support governance, risk and compliance capability uplift. The role owns a targeted sales strategy, manages the pipeline end‑to‑end and closes high‑value deals across client accounts. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new clients requiring management systems, governance or compliance solutions. Develop and execute territory‑based sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and internal teams. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes and tender responses aligned with client requirements. Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in CRM systems. Conduct market research to understand trends and identify new growth opportunities. Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. The Offer Competitive base salary, commission, quarterly bonus and broader company incentives.
