Ilim College is seeking a creative, dynamic and motivated Marketing Officer to join our growing Operations Team. This role is full-time and supports all campuses across the College. About the Role Full-time position starting 19 January 2026 Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. Capture high-quality photographs and video footage of College events, programs and activities across campuses (including some after-hours requirements and off-site locations). Edit and produce digital media suitable for publication across print, social media, and web platforms. Maintain an organised photo and video library. Ensure equipment is maintained, stored safely and prepared for use when required. Design creative assets for digital and print use, including posters, flyers, newsletters, brochures, banners, and social media graphics. Ensure visual consistency with the College brand style guide, Islamic values and public messaging. Plan, prepare, schedule and monitor content across the College’s social media platforms. Draft captions, copy and promotional content for newsletters, campaigns and digital announcements. Assist with digital campaigns, website content updates and performance reporting. Support broader marketing operations, including administration and project support, as required. Work collaboratively with campus teams to identify storytelling opportunities. Attend school events, excursions, assemblies and community engagements to capture relevant media. Represent Ilim College positively and professionally, upholding its image, values and ethos in all communications. Undertake any additional duties as directed by the Chief Operating Officer. What You'll Bring Demonstrated experience in photography, videography and/or creative content production. Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization and time management ability. Ability to work independently across multiple campus locations. Alignment with Islamic values and capacity to represent the College professionally. Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (essential). Bachelor's degree, Certificate or Diploma in Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred). Previous experience in creative content production (professional, freelance or volunteer). Working proficiency with social media platforms (including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) and scheduling tools (Meta Business, Hootsuite, etc.). Why Join Us?
