Sommelier We are looking for the industry’s best Sommelier to join our team to deliver a best‑in‑class wine experience on a casual basis. You will have an unwavering passion and appreciation of wine. This is a hands‑on role with focus on service delivery. Key Responsibilities Deliver a best‑in‑class wine experience on a casual basis. Provide hands‑on service delivery support. Ideal Candidate Experience as Sommelier / Wine Waitstaff in a fine dining and/or high volume restaurant Basic knowledge in local, national and international wine Passion for wine and the industry Exceptional service skills Excellent communication and organisation Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a high pressure environment Possess a valid Certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol WSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays Must have full Australian work rights Working with Lucas Collective At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
