THE ROLE We are seeking a full‑time Relationship & Development Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring all alumni and external relationships are actively and positively developed and maintained. SELECTION CRITERIA Relevant industry experience (a strong network, connection or interest in the Australian Agriculture Industry is specifically welcomed). Facilitating philanthropic giving and connecting individuals to the College’s Foundation. Evidence of positive relationship building with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders. Ability to maintain professional networks to enhance community engagement with the College. Excellent communication and organisational skills and demonstrated ability to work successfully independently and in a functional and cross‑functional team environment. Demonstrated experience in project management, scheduling and managing events. Business acumen and exposure to budget forecasting and management. Experience leading a function and directing reports successfully. Software application proficiency in database management, desktop publishing (desirable) and all office‑based applications as required. QUALIFICATIONS (Desirable) Tertiary qualification in Event Management, Fundraising, Marketing or Public Relations (or related).
