Base pay range A$100,000.00/yr - A$110,000.00/yr At BIG people are the heart of our business We are looking for a MSO Account Manager to work closely with one of our key Clients. This position will be a key contributor to driving growth across BiG’s portfolio of customers. The role plays a critical part in building and maintaining strong relationships with Metcash and its MSO (Multi‑Site Operator) network, ensuring best‑in‑class execution across product distribution, compliance, promotion, and merchandising. You will work cross‑functionally with internal teams and retail partners to identify growth opportunities and deliver on commercial objectives. What you'll do: Deliver sales targets and objectives across Metcash and MSO channels. Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels. Develop and execute tailored business plans that drive growth and deliver ROI. Negotiate trading terms, promotional programs, and joint business plans. Implement marketing and field initiatives in line with customer strategies. Provide regular performance reviews and business insights to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure products are executed in-store in line with BiG’s standards. Maintain accurate and up‑date customer records and reports. Support forecasting processes with accurate and timely input. Continuously identify and pursue new opportunities to grow presence and share across the MSO network. What you'll bring: Minimum 18 months of National or Account Management experience in FMCG. Experience working with syndicated data tools such as Circana or Nielsen. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights. Proven negotiation skills with a track record of delivering mutually beneficial outcomes. Experience working with Metcash, its subsidiaries, and MSOs at a national or large‑scale level is highly regarded.
