They offer a stable, supportive workplace with a focus on professionalism, teamwork, and continual improvement. What will this position entail? This senior role will see you taking charge of end-to-end delivery of landscape construction projects across the Perth Metro region. You'll be responsible for overseeing planning, people, and project performance to ensure each site operates safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from tender stage through delivery, handover, and completion. Lead supervisors, site teams, and support staff to drive consistent performance. Develop and maintain detailed project programs. Provide strong technical knowledge across landscape construction, including softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and site preparation. Monitor progress, anticipate issues, and implement proactive solutions. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews to maintain workflow. Oversee project budgets, cost control, and reporting requirements. How can I be successful? Previous experience in a similar Senior Site Management role within related industry. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Current manual driver's licence and construction white card. Full Australian working rights. Interested?
