Our team comprises a wide range of skilled employees dedicated to helping our customers achieve their desired results. Over the past few years, we have experienced rapid growth in both our maintenance and construction divisions, and we are involved in many exciting and diverse projects within the Perth Metro area, including verge and park maintenance, streetscape maintenance, playground construction, and new school developments. Position: Construction Manager Employment Type: Full‑Time Salary: Competitive Salary Package based on experience including Company Car + Phone About the Role Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from tender through execution and practical completion; Develop and maintain realistic project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met; Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement timely solutions to keep projects on track; Lead and manage construction teams, including site supervisors and the estimator team; Coordinate the work of crews, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution; Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability; Provide regular progress reports to directors and clients; Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all sites; Oversee site management and equipment usage to maintain compliance and efficiency; Apply knowledge of horticulture, plant care, irrigation systems, hardscape materials, and site conditions to deliver sustainable and high-quality landscaping projects About You 5 years’ experience as a Construction Manager or similar role within landscaping or civil construction; Demonstrated expertise in managing landscape construction projects from start to finish; Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict resolution skills; Current Manual Driver’s License; White Card; Certificate IV in Landscape Construction, Diploma of Landscape Construction, or a Construction Management Degree.
