Role Overview As a Large Enterprise Account Executive at Sprinklr, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth within the Retail and Utilities sectors across ANZ. This high‑impact role focuses on building deep relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their business challenges, and delivering solutions that transform how they engage with their customers. What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle for large enterprise accounts in Retail and Utilities. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets. Build trusted relationships with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers. Partner with internal teams (Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Marketing) to deliver tailored solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends and position Sprinklr as a thought leader in customer experience transformation. What We’re Looking For Proven track record of success in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within CX, marketing technology, or digital transformation. Experience selling into Retail and/or Utilities verticals. Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence senior stakeholders. Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
