Role Overview: Sekuro's Strategy and Architecture (S&A) team brings together accomplished security leaders who've successfully built and led security programs in complex corporate environments across Australia. We're seeking a motivated Security Strategy & Architecture Consultant, with key experience in cybersecurity strategy, Zero Trust architecture, and identity to join our team of practitioners. You'll work alongside other former CISOs and security leaders to help organisations transform their security programs through strategic advisory and architectural guidance. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver strategic security roadmaps and frameworks Create comprehensive Zero Trust and identity‑first security strategies Provide strategic CISO advisory services Define security architecture patterns and recommendations Guide organisations in modernising their security programs Lead high‑level security architecture decisions Contribute to thought leadership in security strategy Mentor and collaborate with team members Experience 8+ years in technology with significant security focus 3+ years in senior security roles (Security Manager, Lead Architect, CISO) Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture principles Enterprise security architecture expertise Security strategy development and execution experience Experience with security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2) Why Join Us Innovative Environment: Work where your ideas are valued and implemented.
