Operations & Service Administrator - Hallam, VIC Immediate Start | December 2025 Full-Time or Part-Time (flexible options) TRS Resourcing is seeking an experienced Operations & Service Administrator to join our clients Hallam-based team. The position offered is full-time or part-time , with flexible working arrangements available for the right candidate. We're seeking a reliable, high‑character professional with a positive and hands‑on attitude who thrives in a team environment and enjoys contributing to ongoing improvement. About the Role You’ll provide key administrative and operational support across the business, working closely with the service, finance, and management teams to keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is a diverse role that will suit someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys problem‑solving, improving processes, and working directly with customers and internal stakeholders. What's on Offer Above‑award salary with performance bonus opportunities Supportive and friendly workplace culture Flexible hours with full‑time or part‑time options Long‑term, stable employment Career growth within a high‑level industrial environment Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule programmed maintenance activities Coordinate technician bookings and service callouts Liaise with customers on schedules and maintenance needs Provide ongoing customer support and relationship management Maintain and update job files, records, and internal reports Keep accurate logs of service and operational activities Support inventory control, procurement, and supplier coordination Maintain customer compliance and induction documentation Prepare reports and assist with process improvement initiatives Provide general administration, reporting, and PA support to management You’ll Bring Strong customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships Excellent organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills Experience in operations or service administration (engineering/trades background preferred) High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, monday.com, and Simpro (or similar systems) Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and team‑first mindset Friendly, professional communication with staff, customers, and suppliers TRS Resourcing values safety, professional development, and connecting skilled tradespeople with excellent career opportunities.
