State Account Manager – Foodservice Join Mars as a State Account Manager responsible for a portfolio of leading brands including Masterfoods™, Dolmio™ and Kantong™ across the Sydney Metro through to NSW South Coast. This permanent, full‑time position offers a competitive salary, bonus, and a vehicle as part of your tool set. Job Description In this customer‑facing role you will manage sales and distribution for our wholesale and end‑user customers, identify new opportunities, and maximise promotional activities to strengthen customer engagement and accelerate the launch of new product lines. Key Responsibilities Increase sales and distribution of Mars Food product lines. Achieve period‑based and yearly sales targets. Maximise and support national and state promotional activity. Expand distribution of new products to market. Chase, unlock and develop new business opportunities. What We Are Looking For Experienced account manager or sales professional, ideally within food service. Proven experience building strong, influential relationships. Proven ability to create a category‑driven approach with stakeholders. Highly motivated to achieve set sales targets.
