We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced aged care professional to join one of our leading NFP partners as a Rostering Officer. We require someone that can start ASAP and be available for a minimum of 4-6 months - there is a potential opportunity for this role to be offered as a permanent position after 4 months. About the Opportunity & YOU In this ever-changing landscape comes growth and in turn we are in search of experienced shift-based scheduling candidates. Our ideal candidates are natural communicators, an individual that is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and is capable of problem solving and making decisions quickly The role involves a large percentage of fast paced high volume shift filling which is integral to the functioning of the organisation You will be the critical link between the organisation, their direct care workers and consumers/customers An excellent understanding of the Aged Care sector, including funding and guidelines You will have an excellent phone manner and enjoy assisting clients and care workers The ability to pivot between phone and email communications You should be passionate about delivering a high level of customer service to our valued clients Software : Turnpoint *Please note you MUST be experienced as you will need to hit the ground running About the Role Available 5 days per week Monday to Friday only-NO after hours or weekends required Office-based role working with a supportive team Family friendly environment Located in the heart of Carlton, smell the coffee near shops, public transport, and parking Mandatory Documentation National Police Check Employee Working with Children's Check (card) Identification (Birth Cert, Passport, Visa, (Vevo) Please DO NOT delay in applying for this role we are looking for an immediate start For a confidential discussion or to submit your CV for review please contact Belinda Kellett - Senior Consultant McArthur Aged Care 6*** ***************@mcarthur.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
