We’re hiring an additional Onboarding Manager The Onboarding Manager is a strategic customer success role responsible for guiding Prophet customers from contract signature through to Go Live, ensuring new customers realise value from Prophet as quickly as possible. You'll manage multiple concurrent on-boardings, coordinate across Data Engineering, Data Science teams and SysOps teams and serve as the customer's primary point of contact during this critical phase. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly influence customer satisfaction, time-to-value, and Prophet's ability to scale. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver Fast, High Quality Customer Onboarding & Activation Own the end-to-end onboarding process from discovery through to model deployment Manage multiple concurrent customer onboardings while maintaining quality and timeline commitments Run kickoff calls, discovery sessions, and structured milestone check-ins throughout the onboarding journey Coordinate data collection across marketing spend, media exposure, and commercial data sources Work closely with Data Engineering on ingestion and transformation, and Data Science on model builds and UAT Value Realisation & Adoption Ensure customers achieve their first meaningful business outcomes within defined timeframes Guide customers on interpreting initial Prophet model outputs and reports Support customers in understanding platform capabilities and potential use cases Help surface early actionable insights that demonstrate platform value
