About the Role As the Project Coordinator, you will support the delivery of our HR transformation program by coordinating project activity, keeping plans and documentation organised and supporting effective governance across the program. You will work closely with the HR Transformation Program Lead and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure timelines, plans, reporting and project materials are accurate, current and well communicated. This role suits someone with experience in business analysis or project support who enjoys structure, planning and bringing order to busy project environments. What you’ll do? Coordinate HR transformation projects including timelines, milestones and deliverables Maintain detailed project plans and trackers using tools such as Smartsheet or Excel Prepare agendas, minutes, action logs and governance materials for meetings and workshops Track project progress, identify risks or delays and elevate issues as needed Support change management activity including preparation of communications and workshop materials Support reporting processes by preparing status reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership Support “as is” and “to be” process mapping and documentation and assist with change planning and communications. What will you bring? You will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence coordinating information across multiple stakeholders. You will enjoy structure, planning and supporting the smooth running of projects, and you will feel comfortable working with data, documentation and action logs. You will have a business related qualification and experience in consultancy, business analysis or project support, along with clear communication skills, a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to keeping work on track.
