See yourself in our team You will define and own the product vision and roadmap for platform initiatives that support discovery, experimentation, and emerging tech adoption. Working closely with engineering and design, you will shape technical strategy and turn complex opportunities into actionable, scalable solutions. You’re not just building features—you’re developing capabilities, platforms, and systems that accelerate how innovation happens across the organisation. On any given week, you will: Own platform vision and roadmap Define and steward the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap. Apply technical expertise across cloud, APIs, data, DevOps, and AI to inform decisions. Balance platform health and future evolution with the needs of discovery teams. Shape technical strategy and guide delivery Work in a triad with engineering and design to translate ambiguous problems into clear priorities. Guide the development of prototypes, pilots, and platform capabilities that support scalable testing. Ensure platforms are reliable, secure, and aligned to customer and business value. Build Tools and Capabilities That Enable Faster Experimentation Shape strategies for tooling, automation, and experimentation frameworks. Identify where platforms and AI capabilities can create leverage for teams across the Group. Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives Communicate architecture, feasibility, and platform strategy to executives in simple, meaningful ways. Influence diverse stakeholders and build alignment on priority and direction. Stay ahead of emerging technologies Bring sharp judgment on AI/ML, modern architectures, and emerging technology trends. Assess new tools and capabilities and identify where they can accelerate innovation. About You A strategic thinker and hands‑on doer—you move easily between vision and validation. Deeply experienced in product discovery and experimentation, with strong instincts for what makes a great idea real. Deep technical literacy in modern system architectures (cloud, APIs, data, AI/ML). Strong experience in product management or ownership. Proven ability to define product vision, roadmaps, and backlogs in complex technical environments. Skilled at continuous discovery, feasibility testing, and rapid prototyping. Excellent communication skills—able to bridge technical detail and senior stakeholder clarity. Outcome‑focused, pragmatic, and passionate about building capabilities that scale across the organisation. Strong influencing, communication, and relationship‑building skills trusted by stakeholders across disciplines and levels. Confident engaging with senior leaders and aligning diverse perspectives toward shared outcomes. Curious, commercially sharp, and pragmatic about value—you know how to spot signal over noise.
