Qualifications Completion of Year 12 or Certificate II/III in any field, or equivalent relevant work experience and/or training Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of people Excellent organisational and time management skills. Certificate III or IV Business/Marketing or any relevant field. Advanced ability to multitask and prioritise multiple responsibilities Knowledge of VET legislation including the Standards for RTOs 2025 & the National Code 2018. Be highly organised and have strong attention to detail. Be able to work as part of a strong team. Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Have strong written and oral communication skills. Have intermediate experience of the Microsoft suite and database knowledge. Role and Responsibilities The primary purpose of this role is to support the administration and marketing of Greenhill Institute. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and implement international marketing strategies in line with Greenhill Institute’s branding requirement, policies and procedures Travel overseas as required for student recruitment, agent engagement, partnership meetings, or promotional events, representing the Institute professionally. Conduct market research to identify new markets and recruitment opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with agents, partners, and international students. Respond to enquiries from VET students, prospective students, education agents, and staff via phone, email, and in person. Provide accurate information on courses, enrolment procedures, pre‑enrolment information and compliance matters. Manage enrolments, including application assessment, pre‑training reviews, documentation, and correspondence. Coordinate student orientation, post‑arrival engagement, and ongoing welfare support. Conduct LLN&D assessments and arrange support as required. Maintain accurate institutional records, files, reports, and registers in line with Greenhill Institute policies and regulatory standards. Ensure compliance with ESOS Act 2000, the National Code 2018, and the Standards for RTOs 2025 requirements. Assist with general administrative duties, scheduling, reporting, and support for the CEO and staff. Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining professionalism and compliance.
