Position: Organisation Unit: Location: Package: Closing: Synopsis: Haileybury is welcoming applications for the position of Data and Integration Administrator to join our ICT team. This is a 12-month fixed-term role, commencing December 2025. As the ICT Data and Integration Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of application databases and integrations across Haileybury. This includes developing and maintaining database views, automation procedures, and ensuring reliable database performance. Key Responsibilities Ensuring reliable operation, maintenance, and development of application databases and integrations. Delivering professional support to staff, students, and parents, resolving issues. Proactively monitoring systems, contribute to service enhancements, and work closely with ICT teams and stakeholders. About You We are looking for a team player who brings the following skills and experience: Proven experience in SQL and database development, including T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning, and relational database design. A problem-solving mindset with expertise in data integration, operational support, vendor management, and maintaining clear documentation. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, manage competing priorities, and uphold legal, privacy, and security standards.
