Share friendship and fun with a young man in Melbourne's North Help strengthen community inclusion and connection - become a Leisure Buddy We're searching for a friendly volunteer to spend time with a young man in his late 20s who is looking for a genuine friend and social connection. Chatty, warm, and full of enthusiasm, he has a wide range of interests – from movies, music and dancing, to cooking, sport, shopping, gardening, and even planes. He’s also a passionate AFL supporter (go Collingwood). Your friendship can play a meaningful role in supporting him to feel included, confident, and connected to his community. We're seeking a friendly, patient, and compassionate male volunteer – no prior experience needed. This opportunity is based in Essendon and nearby suburbs in Melbourne's north (including up to Wollert). This role is flexible, with full training and ongoing support provided. We ask for a commitment of at least 6 months, for around 12 hours every fortnight. Build your skills, make a positive impact, and create a real friendship that matters.
