NSW Key Accounts Manager – Premium Spirits (Sydney Focus) Cape Byron Distillery – Brookie's Gin, Cape Byron Whisky, Pure Vodka & Sundrift Aperitivo Brookie's Distillery – based in Sydney NSW. Role: Sales Representatives, Full time. $120,000 – $135,000 Full Package (base + super + car + bonus) About the Role As our NSW Key Accounts Manager, you will: Own the NSW region, with priority focus on Sydney's on‑premise and independent retail channels. Drive new business growth, particularly first‑pour vodka wins and premium on‑premise portfolio partnerships. Build and manage a portfolio of high‑value accounts: Porters, Chambers, Camperdown Cellars, key pub/hospitality groups and strategic independents. Lead tastings, staff trainings, menu listings, promotional programs and in‑store/venue activations. Partner with banner groups and wholesalers to lift distribution and velocity across targeted key retailers. Work closely with founders, marketing and trade teams to execute state‑level growth plans. Keen eye for detail, creating the right promotional programs and slotting boards. What We're Looking For Must‑have experience & traits: 3–5 years' liquor sales experience across on‑premise and/or independent retail (spirits preferred). A strong track record in new business development, with examples of accounts you've won. Deep understanding of the Sydney on‑premise landscape — key venues, decision‑makers and influencers. Ability to manage state‑level relationships with hospitality groups and independent retail banners. Commercial confidence — comfortable talking margin, pricing, volume and cost‑per‑pour. Highly organised and self‑driven, with the discipline to run a state like your own business unit. Clear, confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills. Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application. Existing Sydney trade network.
