Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Manage cash flow, risk, and compliance. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced: Proven track record in senior financial management and HR leadership. Outgoing & Collaborative: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic & Detail-Oriented: Ability to balance big‑picture thinking with hands‑on execution.
