Sales Account Coordinator

As a Sales Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a constant flow of communication with customers, both nationally and internationally. Your key responsibilities
Manage day to day client requests, including sampling and documentation; assist in scheduling client meetings and preparing client presentations (non-marketing or category related) Update customer portals for specific customers & distributors check on-going projects, create follow-up Action Reports, and follow up project progress (in absence of Account manager) generate pricing requests; fill in regulatory questionnaire based on customers’ requirements; introduce sample requests, Account Management Support: add customer master data in SAP & other systems. 2-3 years of expertise in customer service or sales, ideally in food / taste / health / pharma or chemical sectors. Confident use of MS Office and SAP. Great communication skills in English. Responsible, independent, structured, and team-oriented work as well as a high willingness to provide service and support. Education in commerce, sales, marketing, or other relevant fields.
