Innen begeistert und laufend berät. Du stellst sicher, dass das Team optimal auf die Arbeit im Call-Center-Umfeld vorbereitet ist und die Prozesse effizient und zielgerichtet umgesetzt werden. Du entwickelst die Customer-Success-Strategie weiter und schaffst skalierbare Strukturen und Prozesse, um das Unternehmenswachstum nachhaltig zu fördern. Du bist verantwortlich für die Auswahl, Schulung und Motivation der Mitarbeiter:
Innen des Customer-Success-Teams. Du überwachst die täglichen Abläufe des Teams, behältst die Performance im Auge und bist der/die erste Ansprechpartner:
In für alle Anfragen und Challenges. Du setzt klare Anreize und Ziele, überwachst die Leistung der Mitarbeiter:
Innen und unterstützt sie bei der Erreichung ihrer Ziele. Du erstellst regelmäßige Berichte zu relevanten Kennzahlen für die Geschäftsleitung Benefits Mitgestaltung eines jungen und rasch wachsenden Climate-Tech Unternehmens in Österreich von Beginn an. Ein Jahresbruttogehalt von mind. 50.000 € bei Zielerreichung. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine deutliche Überbezahlung möglich.
