Das SO/ Vienna, das nach den Plänen des französischen Star-Architekten Jean Nouvel errichtet wurde, verfügt über 182 elegante Zimmer, davon 26 Suiten, in reinem Weiß, kühlem Grau oder samtigen Schwarz. Der Veranstaltungsbereich umfasst auf 1.100 m eine eigene Etage mit 8 Räumlichkeiten mit Tageslicht. Die Krönung des Luxushotels bietet das gläserne "Das LOFT Restaurant, Bar & Lounge" mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht vom 18. Stock des Hauses und einer ausgezeichneten Küche.

  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungen (telefonisch & E-Mail)
  • Gästekorrespondenz
  • Kontrolle der Anreisen
  • Anlage und Verwaltung von Gästeprofilen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Front Office und Revenue Management
