Success Management.

Aufgaben
  • Der Umgang mit Kunden ist deine Stärke Du bist sehr freundlich
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Reservierungshotline von 8 bis 16:30 Uhr
  • Du bist für die Zufriendenheit unserer Kunden zuständig (Emails, selbstständige Korrespondenz, usw.)
  • Du bist für die Schadensabwicklung zuständig und bist die Ansprechperson zu unseren Kunden und der Versicherung.
  • Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung im Bereich aller organisatorischen und administrativen Anliegen
  • Du bist verantwortlich, dass wir von unseren Kunden die besten Bewertungen erhalten
  • Du hast auch andere administrative Tätigkeiten z.B. Termine vereinbaren, Unterlagen aufbereiten, Berichte schreiben
  • Und weitere operative Tätigkeiten in Absprache mit der Geschäftsleitung
Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Deutsch: C1 Niveau)
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und min. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung
    in dem Personal, Kundenservice und/oder Dienstleistungsbereich
  • Dynamische Person
  • Eigenständige Arbeitsweise und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Person, die Vorschläge einbringt Logisches und lösungsorientiertes,
    positives Denken
  • Person, die Vorschläge einbringt
  • Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (Excel und Word)

    Wir bieten einen monatlichen Bruttolohn ab EUR 2.100 bis 2.400, - (Vollzeit 40ST/Woche). Wir sind gerne bereit, eine höhere Bezahlung abhängig von Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation anzubieten.
