The role, reporting to the Head of Client Partnerships, involves conducting market research, engaging with senior decision makers at Cyclo Group, and playing a vital role in our Business Development team. You'll identify, qualify, and transition opportunities to our Client Relations team, nurturing key contacts and leads. 

Your primary goal will be cultivating relationships, effectively assessing & introducing new opportunities to expand Cyclo Group’s client portfolio and meet our strategic growth targets efficiently.

You will identify and validate viable opportunities and market information, establishing strong commercial relationships through direct end users, commercial agents, project managers, third-party referral agencies, and networking groups. 

Your focus will be on consistently expanding our portfolio by delivering a defined quantity and quality of opportunities that Cyclo Group can successfully pursue, thereby contributing to sustained revenue and profit margins.

  • Extensive experience in sales, preferably in the commercial real estate or construction sector, or roles involving design/project management.
  • Expertise in managing client-facing relationships.
  • Competence in lead management practices.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate leasing terminology and transaction procedures.
  • Exceptional engagement and dedication to delivering high-value customer service.
  • Extensive experience in client engagement and management.
  • Skilful in presenting business USPs and strengths to target clients to capitalize on potential opportunities.
