In response to sustained growth across our firm, we seek anexperienced Client Relationship Manager (to join on a full-time12-month contract) to manage, facilitate and deliver the CRMmarketing strategy, automation, and processes for KordaMentha.

Here, you'll champion and elevate the utilisation of ourMicrosoft D365 platform across the firm to maximise engagement andutilisation. 

You will be the firm’s go-to expert, leveraging insightsand creating bespoke dashboards to better understand interactionswith clients and prospects, as well as providing strategic insightin relation to pipeline and campaigns.

Hands-on involvement is a key part of your journey, as you workcollaboratively with different services lines and across ouroffices to bring people on the journey, upskill staff and driveexceptional CRM communications to support the firm in clientengagement and prospecting activities. 

About you

The ideal candidate for this unique opportunity will bring:

  • Australian / New Zealand working rights
  • 4+ years of Microsoft D365 CRM experience 
  • Experience at working in a financial services orprofessional services environment (B2B) wellregarded 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationshipbuilding skills 
  • Excellent CRM campaign build, monitor, optimise andreporting skills with strong understanding of channelmanagement and best practises 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpretdata and metrics to drive actionable insights andrecommendations for campaign optimisation. 
  • Understanding of business operations & the ability toalign CRM strategy with overall business objectives 
  • Understanding of regulations (e.g., Spam Act, NCPF) andbest practices for compliance in CRM operations. 
  • Experience in reporting for Microsoft D365
  • Experience in Power BI and MS teams’integration. 
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite
