Als Unternehmen sind wir spezialisiert auf Web Scraping, Text Mining, Natural Language Processing und entwickeln ein System für automatisierte, intelligente Leadgenerierung. Wir suchen in strukturierten und unstrukturierten Daten unterschiedlichster Quellen nach Sales-Potenzialen für unsere Kunden.

Aufgaben
- Du führst ein Team aus talentierten und motivierten Software-Engineers
- Du entwickelst und verantwortest die technische Strategie des Unternehmens
- Im Rahmen des weiteren Wachstums bist du für die Gewinnung neuer Talente und die Weiterentwicklung des/der Development Teams verantwortlich
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Engineers entwickelst du eine solide, zukunftsfähige Plattform die mit dem Unternehmen wachsen kann
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem CEO zusammen und berätst bei strategischen Entscheidungen aus technischer Sicht
- Du schaffst die Rahmenbedingungen für unser Engineering-Team, vereinbarst und kommunizierst klare Ziele und etablierst eine Engineering-Kultur

Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Lernbereitschaft, bleibst am Ball und hast keine Angst davor neue Technologien zu integrieren
- Du hast mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung mit der Planung und Entwicklung von Web-Applikationen und skalierbaren Backend-Systemen
- Probleme siehst du als Herausforderungen, komplexe technische Ziele gehst du analytisch und zielgerichtet an - immer mit dem Blick auf Wirtschaftlichkeit und Kundennutzen
- Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit Server-Systemen (Linux) sowie Virtualisierungs
- und Container-Technologien
- Du bringst ein ausgeprägt agiles Mindset mit, hast Erfahrung mit DevOps-Prinzipien/Tools/Patterns, und weißt wie man diese für einen effizienten Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) einsetzt
- Du weißt wie man ein effizientes Engineering-Team aufbaut und führt
- Du hast bereits sowohl mit relationalen als auch NoSQL-Datenbanken gearbeitet und weißt wie man die entsprechenden Technologien am besten einsetzt
- Erfahrung mit unserem aktuellen Tech-Stack: PHP (Laravel), Docker-Container, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), MariaDB, Python, JavaScript-Frontends (React? Vue? Angular?), udgl.
- Du hast unternehmerisches Gespür, kennst die Herausforderungen im Startup-Umfeld und möchtest maßgeblich zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Unternehmens beitragen
