Usersnap is a web-based customer feedback platform that is used by companies like Facebook, Canva, and Microsoft worldwide.
We are looking for a customer success manager who possesses a support background and is result driven. There is a wide range of duties crossing from product support, user on-boarding and education to minimizing churn.
Usersnap paves the road for customer-led growth. We are embarking on a mission to offer a customer-centric service that’s proactive and accessible to our users.
**In this role, you’ll get to**
- work directly with customers to help, resolve issue, answer questions, and trouble shoot for them.
- be the voice of the customers in the company and have an impact both internally and externally.
- help customers to succeed and expand our customer base.
**We are looking for someone who is**
- autonomous problem-solving and proactive.
- comfortable managing customer portfolio and relationship.
- excellent in English communications and has persuasive / positive speaking skills.
- an active listener, empathetic and patient.
- hands-on and passionate for service.
- able to adapt oneself to new knowledge.
- organized and multi-tasking.

- The minimum base salary for this position is €36.500;
- yearly gross. The actual offer depends on your skills and experience.
