Setzen Sie Ihre Stärken gezielt ein und werden Sie Teil unseres Teams Als **Sourcing Group Lead Buyer (w/m/d)** haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse im Einkauf von Produkten und Dienstleistungen zum Einsatz zu bringen und Sie übernehmen die weltweite Verantwortung für die Sourcing Gruppen.

**Aufgabenbereich**:

- Globale Verantwortung für Sourcing-Gruppen aus dem Bereich indirekter Einkauf
- Erfahrungen aus den Bereichen Transport-, Energie-, Hydrauliköleinkauf und/oder technische Gase von Vorteil
- Definition, Kommunikation und Umsetzung von globalen Beschaffungsstrategien
- Lieferantenauswahl, -entwicklung und -management
- Selbstständige Durchführung von Ausschreibungen - über die Erstellung, Angebotseinholung, Preisvergleich, Analyse, Verhandlungen bis hin zur Vergabe und Vertragserstellung
- Globale, crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit mit allen Fachbereichen, angefangen bei der Projektkonzeptphase bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss
- Erkennen und Umsetzen von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Budgeterstellung und Ergebnisverantwortung
- Agieren als Repräsentant:in des indirekten Einkaufs in crossfunktionalen Projekten

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit fundierten kaufmännischen Kenntnissen
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, vorzugsweise projektbasierter Einkauf im internationalen Konzernumfeld
- Verhandlungsgeschick, hohe Eigeninitiative
- Analytisches und strategisches Denken
- Projektmanagementerfahrung
- Kooperativer Arbeitsstil mit Durchsetzungs
- und Umsetzungsstärke
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP)
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20 %)

Wir bieten ein attraktives und leistungsbezogenes Gehalt, das sich an der Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung orientiert und das für diese Position deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag liegen kann (KV-Minimum auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung ist EUR 57.578,92 brutto pro Jahr).
